Do you provide the raw footage from our wedding day?

Our packages are built around fully edited photos and films that tell your story in the best possible way. Because raw footage and unedited files don’t reflect our finished style, they aren’t included as standard. If you’d really love to have them, we can make them available for an additional fee—just ask us before your wedding so we can arrange it for you.

Can you use our wedding photos and videos for your advertising?

We’re proud of every wedding we capture, and we love sharing highlights on our website, social media, and portfolio so future couples can see our work. Unless agreed otherwise in your contract, we may use some of your photos and video clips for this purpose. If you’d prefer to keep everything private, that’s absolutely fine too—just let us know when booking.

How long will it take to receive our photos and video?

Turnaround times can vary a little depending on the season:

• Busy months (May–September): You can expect your photo gallery within 8–12 weeks, and your wedding film within up to 16 weeks.

• Quieter months (October–April): Things move a bit faster—photos usually arrive in 4–6 weeks, and films in 8–10 weeks.

We’ll always keep you updated on progress, and we love to send a handful of preview images shortly after your day so you have something special to share while you wait.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we ask for a 15% deposit at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day (we’ll confirm exact dates in your contract). This ensures your date is fully reserved and allows us to start planning everything with you.
